We have a trained team who will install the technology in your home, and make sure that the package is suited to your house as well as your lifestyle. Our installers show you exactly how the equipment works, and carry out a live test call with you to our monitoring centre, giving you the confidence to use the service when you need it most.
Inclusive maintenance and testing
We pride ourselves in providing a comprehensive and hassle-free service. Our weekly package includes full equipment maintenance and testing, at no extra cost to you.
Our monitoring centre regularly tests all equipment connections remotely, resulting in total peace of mind for you, and your family and friends.
If any maintenance is due, our Installers will come to your home to complete it, from replacing the battery on a personal pendant, to updating an old unit.
