Sanctuary365 has been judged as ‘exceptional’ in its latest audit by the Telecare Services Association (TSA).

The service, which provides assistive technology to support older and vulnerable people to live more independently, has passed its full TSA audit and received recognition for its excellent delivery.

A representative from the TSA spent time with the team at Sanctuary365, including attending a new customer installation and judged it against eight separate criteria, all of which it passed with no identified improvements.

The TSA audit runs in a three year cycle, year one being a full audit followed by two years of maintenance audits. The results of this year’s assessment makes it the sixth consecutive year Sanctuary365 has held Platinum accreditation and the European Technical Standard.

Kelly Miller, Sanctuary365’s head of assistive technology, said: “Telecare is a vital part of daily life for many of our customers. It provides them with peace of mind knowing there will always be someone ready to provide immediate assistance, 24-hours-a-day, every single day of the year.
