Sanctuary365 has been praised for exceeding quality standards in its latest audit by TEC Quality Ltd

Sanctuary365 has been judged as exceeding quality standards in its latest audit by TEC Quality Ltd.

The service, which provides assistive technology to support older and vulnerable people to live more independently, has passed its full audit and is now certified to the TEC Services Association (TSA) Quality Standards Framework.

It received the framework’s green rating, the highest rating overall, in all 12 of the audit’s categories which included user and carer experience, user safety, effectiveness of care, ethics and continuous improvement and innovation among others. No service improvement needs were identified.

A TEC Quality auditor spent time with the Sanctuary365 team and commented that the service is “achieving and in some areas exceeding all requirements of the Quality Standards Framework”.

Kelly Miller, Head of Assistive Technology and Programmes, said: “This is an outstanding achievement.

"Telecare is a vital part of daily life for many of our customers. It provides them with peace of mind knowing there will always be someone ready to provide immediate assistance, 24-hours-a-day, every single day of the year.

“I am really proud of the team. They work hard on a daily basis to ensure our customers consistently receive the highest standards of support and customer service.”
