We have been providing customers with daily reassurance and emergency support for over 30 years. Based in Chester, our highly skilled and approachable team work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to give peace of mind to our customers and their families.

From a daily wellbeing call to providing essential support in an emergency, our team is there for you day and night.

We answer 98.5% of the calls that we receive within 60 seconds.

Sanctuary365 are proud to have been commended on exceeding quality standards in our latest audit for the Telecare Services Association (TSA) run by TEC Quality Ltd. As a result we are now certified to the TEC Services Association (TSA) Quality Standards Framework.

We have received the framework’s green rating, the highest rating overall, in all 12 of the audit’s categories which included user and carer experience, user safety, effectiveness of care, ethics and continuous improvement and innovation among others.

No service improvement needs were identified and Sanctuary365 is now one of only three UK assistive technology services to be fully compliant with the TSA.
